Ouroboros Nutrition Corporation takes great pride in our reputation for superior quality products and excellent value. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow these simple rules that may determine eligibility for an exchange or return:

General Terms of Return Policy
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Returns and exchanges are limited to only unopened products that are not damaged or tampered with, in their original packaging, within 14 days of the item’s arrival at the provided address. There are no exceptions to this eligibility requirement.
Unopened means that the internal product has not been damaged or tampered with. This does not apply to the shipping container.
If any product proves to be defective or spoiled, Ouroboros Nutrition will exchange or refund the amount paid for that product and pre-pay return shipping.
- If you would like to return or exchange a new/unused item purchased online, Ouroboros Nutrition must be notified within 14 days of receiving the item. The fastest way to contact Ouroboros Nutrition for an exchange, return, or refund is to email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Prior authorization is required on all returns. Any return sent to Ouroboros Nutrition without authorization will not be accepted. To receive a return authorization, please contact help@ouroborosnutrition.
- When you contact OuroborosNutrition about your potential return, you will be asked to send the item(s) back at the cost of the customer, notify us once it has been sent out, and to provide tracking information. Please place the item(s) you wish to return in the packaging. Return Shipping cost is at the customer’s expense.
- Ship items to the following address:
- To complete your return or receive credit for your exchange, items must arrive at the return address within 30 days of the date your return authorization was issued.
- Upon receipt of your items, Ouroboros Nutrition will promptly ship Replacement item(s) or provide a complete refund (minus shipping and handling fees) according to the amount and payment method indicated by your original invoice.
- Again, please note, that shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers assume responsibility for all return shipping fees except for defective products. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your PayPal account and bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
